Advanced Site Search doesn’t just add power for users, it also gives site administrators a search box for Joomla Administration . With the search areas designated in the Backend Scope Manager, site administrators can search the content and component data in a site in the Joomla Administrative Backend.
When Advanced Site Search is installed, a search box appears in the Joomla Administrative Backend.
By typing a search string and pressing the “enter” key, a search will be launched through frontend and backend tables as indicated in the Backend Scope.
The search box may also be accessed from the Advanced Site Search dashboard.
Backend search results are grouped by table, with tables sorted by alphabetical order.
